Its a shame that they're not anymore at Salamanca Spain. They have a store at santa marta but its not the same. I miss the old one. Still great clothes tho

Order came in 2 days with standard delivery, came in good condition :)
I ordered 3 items from pull and bear. My expected delivery for two items was up to 3 days. The third item was supposed to arrive within 10 days. It has been 17 days since I ordered. I received an email saying the third item is out of stock and they have cancelled it from my order. I have asked repeatedly for updates and am yet to receive any clear response. I will not be shopping at any of the Inditex brands online ever again, and will avoid their shops too. I have never purchased from a worse online store.
I was hesitant to order to begin with as I am a slim gym goer, size 8-10 uk womens and pull and bear’s ‘size quiz’ told me i was 80% large and 56% extra large, which I think is appalling and damaging.
They need to change their sizing, improve communications and sort out the massive delays in deliveries. Its a shame because I love the clothing designs and the people on the online chat are always friendly and apologetic, sadly they just are never able to offer any concrete explanations or help.
Placed an order in Hungary. The address was wrong, the administration process took about 2-3 weeks before they told me I'd get my money back. After making a complaint I received no answer whatsoever. They had my money for over a month and gave me no discounts, nor anything in compensation for my free loan. Useless customer service, terrible flow of information.
I have ordered from Pull&Bear late last year about 3 times and had no issues. However, this time, it was just a terrible experience, to say the least. On March 12, 2021 I placed an online order (USA Market) and the following day the order was dispatched/in transit to the courier; and the given time frame for delivery was between March 18 - March 24. Fast forward, the final date for delivery (March 24) came and no parcel (not even tracking information) as the items were still ‘in transit.’ I then decided to contact Customer Service via the online chat and was told that it was supposedly delayed due to COVID-19, but it was on its way to the Courier. That was understandable, despite not being made aware prior to the order that they were experiencing delays. So, I decided to wait. Anyway, another week went by still no update on the order; so I decided to contact Customer Service, again, via the online chat this time I was told that the order was ‘with the Courier’ and they will send the information soon. So, to cut a long story short let’s just say I ended up contacting Customer Service via online chat on several occasions and every agent I spoke to gave me the run around. I was told by one that it was on its way to fedex after already being told that they supposedly had the package!!! I was told by another that they will escalate my situation to the logistics department (which never happened), at one point I had even asked if my package got lost. The final exchange was my last straw with the online Customer Service when I requested that either I be given a date as to when I will receive tracking information on my parcel or I need to be refunded. The agent said an exact date could not be given, but they will request a refund for me! Once again, it NEVER happened!!!! Yesterday (Apr 8), I finally called in and the lady who assisted me was so helpful! She was able to tell me right away after giving my name, email & order # that she sees that fedex NEVER received the parcel and as a result I was refunded (received refund email via PayPal). Honestly, I love Pull&Bear clothing, but the way the situation was handled prior to calling in, after my money was already taken, and no parcel, came off very SCAMMERISH! Be very careful because the online Customer Service is trash and of no help. This may be my last time ordering from them. & to think I had placed another order, lol. But immediately requested it be canceled, as well, to avoid anymore inconvenience and I’m glad that was resolved right away. In conclusion, there’s no point of having a Customer Service team if all they do is lie and are of no help to the customer. Just making up stories and telling the customer anything, no real solution. They must love disgruntled customers. It’s not worth it! 0/10 I do not recommend!
Bought a pair of boots for my goddaughter’s birthday, ordered yesterday afternoon, arrived late morning today so very impressed with delivery. Can’t speak for customer service as yet no problem. Only thing is was a bit disappointed they didn’t arrive boxed but that’s a small thing.
I will not lie. I have made 4 orders from PB, 2 of which I cancelled after seeing reviews and I’m still waiting for my refund?? It’s been 3 weeks.
I have received my other two orders but one was delayed which I ended up having to chase them up about. But after asking one question multiple times the customer service assistant had the nerve to tell me to calm down? And then insulted me in Spanish which is ridiculous in my opinion, they obviously thought I didn’t know Spanish at all yet I lived in Tenerife for 2 years.
The quality of the clothes that did make it are decent. But you have every right and reason to worry about the online service! One item off my order was taken off last minute and I was not informed? And no refund was mentioned at all either which I’m not pleased about. I’m a worrybot but in the end I did receive a majority of my clothes but the customer service is dreadful. Past reviews are definitely not overreacting people.
I have given them 3* because I think the quality of the merchandise is decent, sizing is good for me and no returns are necessary. The delivery was also quick on one of the orders. I just think some of the staff have not been trained at all and have no idea what is going on in their companies warehouse. Customer service is atrocious as well, and this is from one of the lucky customers who HAS actually received her clothes.
I often order there clothes and I am always satisfied. Have never had a problem with the wrong color or size. Everything as described. Thanks
I wish I could give them no stars. Their customer service is absolutely awful. Firstly they sent out the clothes in the wrong size then it was next to impossible to return the clothes they didn’t answer any of my emails and barely replied to the chat on their site and now that I’ve returned my items over 2 months ago I haven’t received my return payment !!!!! DON’T waist your time or money on their online shopping website! PLEASE!
I am annoyed to have to be writing this as I generally like Pull & Bear clothing, I think the styles they have are good for how affordable it is. However, I feel like I have been scammed. My brother bought me an e-giftcard for Christmas and upon trying to activate it multiple times, I got fed up and contacted customer service as the website kept saying "this gift card cannot be activated". I rang them first and was told someone would be in contact with my with a solution, this never happened. So, I emailed them and didn't receive a reply. I then rang again and they sent my brother the apparent solution saying the card is now activated, great I can finally use it. Nope! When I try to check out with the gift card, it comes up with a message saying either the card cannot be used or there is no balance on it, when there is. I don't want to let my brother know that it's not working again because he'll feel guilty and will feel like his money has been wasted by this company. It's really out of order to have such a failing gift card process. I have never experienced such difficulty in using a gift card before and I have never had to activate it in such a way before it can be used. The system is broken and it should be fixed because it seems like you are trying to scam people out of money. I guess I will have to fight for a refund myself or wait for shops to open to see if I can use it there. Part of me doesn't want to give any more of my money to Pull & Bear after this though.
Absolute terrible service - I placed an order which was dispatched next day, however, I never received the tracking details. 2 weeks after and having still not received the order, I have chased the company several times. First to be told the item had not been dispatched, then to say it has been dispatched but I cannot have the tracking number, then was told it wont have a tracking number until the courier scans it out. Upon chasing for a 4th time, I was given a tracking number which had not been scanned for 2 weeks. I have been in contact several times with the company, and have advised the parcel is clearly lost, yet I have been refused a replacement or a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service, which is non-existent. I would AVOID ordering from these scammers.
I would never order online from PULL&BEAR again unless it was via a more trustworthy retailer with better customer service or purchasing from a physical store.
On 23/11/20 I sent them an email regarding a faulty item (quality control issue with stitching on both cuffs of a new hoodie released). Spoke with one of their customer service assistants earlier that evening, and advised to send details of the faulty item along with photographic evidence, for an exchange of the same style hoodie. After not hearing anything and having to ring again to find out what was happening, 6 days later they finally got back to me, asking for more photographic evidence.
On the 4/12/12 frustrated that I hadn’t heard anything again for 5 days, I called and spoke to someone again who asked me to send evidence in email again and send faulty item back for requested exchange - they then sent a returns QR code to me. On 13/12/12, after chasing PULL&BEAR for a month, over a faulty item meant to be a birthday present for my partner, I changed my mind about receiving an exchange & requested a full refund instead. They received the faulty item on 9/12/12 after I sent it via Royal Mail Tracked48 on 7/12/12 and failed to inform me they received it until I contacted them via phone AGAIN.
They’ve now refunded me MINUS shipping costs - which I’m still waiting for! I guess I’m now going to have to chase that. Just a big headache.
